Orange juice, apple juice, pomegranate juice, etc., are some of the best juices for diabetic patients.

Otherwise, it is prudent to have only cut fruits, rather than fruit juices. On the other hand, you can substitute fruit juices with vegetable juices as vegetables do not contain sugar. Juice # 1 6 small carrots 1 broccoli 3 celery leaves 1 small peeled cucumber Cut carrots, broccoli and cucumber in small pieces. Blend in a mixer and juice to form a smooth vegetable juice. Mix cooked oatmeal, milk, egg whites, olive oil or canola, and applesauce in a bowl and keep aside. Then combine both the mixtures together in a bowl and blend to a smooth batter. Mix and stir it well. Mix the remaining dry ingredients together and add it to the above mixture. Finally, add vanilla extract, rolled oats, and raisins and blend well. Take a greased cookie sheet and slowly drop a teaspoon of the batter onto it and bake. 






























Instead of using full amount of margarine, you can also use ¼ cup of applesauce or 1 banana with ¼ cup margarine.
